I didn’t have breakfast so cannot rate. The location was convenient to all I needed to do in the metroplex. I had two reservations, but they sorted it out so I could stay in the same room. Good service!

The outdoor social area with a fireplace was perfect for unwinding after a long day, offering a cozy atmosphere.

The highway traffic noise was quite noticeable, especially in my room located at the front of the hotel.

Make use of the well-equipped gym facilities. they offer a great way to stay active during your stay.

Cleaning services seemed unreliable. some guests had to keep requesting service for trash and towels, leading to frustrating delays. Such inconsistencies can definitely take the enjoyment out of a stay, especially for families needing regular housekeeping services.

stayed here for 2 nights, and wow, just wow. the front desk was a circus—15 mins before anyone even showed up! and instead of my king suite, I got a room with a couch that’s basically a chair. who did they think I was? I almost thought of giving a good review, but I just couldn't!

I had a lovely stay at Courtyard By Marriott Dallas Plano/Richardson. The spacious rooms were comfortable and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The staff were incredibly accommodating, especially Marianne, who kindly allowed us late checkout during a health issue. I truly appreciated their thoughtfulness.

I had a lovely stay for 4 nights. clean rooms and I loved the peaceful pool area. However, the dining staff's service was inconsistent, especially with late check-outs.

Had a decent stay even though it wasn’t cheap. The lobby is a good spot to mingle, and we had joining suites which made it convenient for my family to hang out together. I also appreciated that they had a nice pool and outdoor social area for relaxation.

Not one of their most glamorous locations, but the amenities were alright.
